CENTRALIZING THE VISA PROCESSING

The core idea of this project to minimize the paper work and centralize the data. Using this project we can centralize the data and provide the security to the data. We can secure the data loss also.

               The project “CENTRALIZING THE VISA PROCESSING” deals with the analysis of human resource and manual maintenance, easy approval, renewal of visa and fee payments. So once we got the visa we verify it from any place and send the remainder through mail to renewal of visa. It generates reports as the output. Passport must have minimum 6 months validity at the time of applying for an Entry Permit

 PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

 

      The project VISA PROCESSING is an automated way where in the user can perform to obtain visa.

There are five modules:

•         Visa Applications

•         Renewal

•         Visa Fee Schedule

•         Secured Login

•         Remainder through mail

 Visa Applications:

                In this Module we are applying for visa. In this module we have many sub modules.

w  Tourist Visa

w  Student Visa

w  Long Term Visa

w  Multi Entry Visa

w  H1B Visa

w  Business Visa

              We can apply any type of visa as mentioned above. Passport must have minimum 6 months validity at the time of applying for an Entry Permit.

Renewal of Visa:

               In this module we can renewal our visa duration. Before the renewal of visa we will do many validations. First we will check the passport validity and then check it’s a valid visa number. The visa number should be provided by the embassy for that we already provided the visa application module. Check the visa number is a valid visa number and the duration also. After checking all this we can renewal the visa duration by selecting the visa number then enter the renewal duration and pay the visa fees. Then we can check the updated data in visa status.

Visa Fee Schedule:

                        In this module we are maintaining the details of visa those who are applied for visa to which country to which country and there details and the duration visa for all these process how much they paid. This is the only remuneration department for the visa processing. In this we are not calculating any thing this basically a simple page we developed for keeping the process or track of the person can able to fulfill the requirement. After the finishing the payment module only the person can able to use the visa otherwise the person is on hold only.

Secured Login:

                        In this project we have many processes like we can apply for visa and after the get approval of visa. We get a visa number then payment will be collected and the duration is authorized by the embassy. In this project we have two types they are processing the visa and Authorizing the visa. In processing division they will gather the types of application and then if the application is applicable they will issue the visa number. In authorizing division they will collect the money and they authorize the visa and the duration of the visa, then renewal and the remainder will be taken care by this division. So we want the separate division for the modules. So we choose the secured login for that.

Mailing Process:

Sending Files through mail Server:

            The mail operation will be handled by the protocols like SMTP for sending mail and POP3 for receiving mails. So after collecting the file it has to send back to the mail id as an attachment. It will collect the mail id to send and the files to send along with that.

PC Activation:

            The Pc activation is like the user can able to shutdown the system through the mail. The Message will be shutdown and the subject will be a ideal one so only it will activate the Pc other then that it will activate the Pc.

Outlook Monitoring:

            The mail will be received by the outlook and it will be studied and reply or activate the Pc through per received message.

                                    PROBLEM SPECIFICATION

          The process is called “VISA PROCESSING”. This Project is useful where people can apply for visa using the Process. So that people can able to get the visa ticket without undergoing very long process.

          In olden days there is lots of paper work done for getting the visa. To minimize the paper work we utilize this process. There are five modules available in this process. They are as follows,
