Abstract
The project Hotel
Management System is used for maintaining the information for each and every customer,
employee, driver and product. Each and every customer has own personal details and
the products are transferred through the driver. Before providing the product
to customer, the administrator gathering necessary information about the
product meanwhile the invoice is also raised for the customer’s product.

View All Room:
Using this
module the admin can able to view all rooms such as available and unavailable
rooms. In the rooms are segregated through type of rooms like single room,
double room, suit room and deluxe room according to the customer requirements
admin providing rooms to them. Unavailable rooms are check in and booking
rooms.
Transaction
Using this
module the transactions are done through process of check in, booking and check
out. Here admin can collect all details about the customer like personal
details and rooms requirement details and check in , booking and check out
details.
Check In:
In this module user providing
personal information like name of the customer, address of the customer etc.,
and also providing rooms type and cost of the room. Here we can only check in
the rooms.
Booking:
In this module user providing
personal information like name of the customer, address of the customer etc.,
and also providing rooms type and cost of the room. Here we can only booking
the rooms.
Check Out:
In this module user providing
personal information like name of the customer, address of the customer etc.,
and also providing rooms type and cost of the room. Here we can only check out
the rooms.
Search:
Using this
module the admin can search the data through the customer name and check in date and booking data.
Check
In:
We can search the customer through
this module using name of the customer and check in date of the customer.
Booking:
We
can search the customer through this module using name of the customer and booking
date of the customer
Utility:
Using this
module we can update the customer personal details, setting room’s type and
cost of the room and setting room number and floor numbers and here we can also
show all the details.
Security
Security module
is used to change the user settings like name of the user and password of the
user. This module is providing security to user.
Report:
Using this
module we generate reports like check in, booking and check out.
User:
User module is used
to login the management through user name here user is nothing but customer.
The customer having all the rights same as admin but the customer can not set
price of the room and room information. Admin having the rights to change the
user name and password the customer does not have the security set up like set
up user and change user name and password.
